I can't help answer this, but I thought I would point out that everything in Europe is different from here in USA. You have more pins in a Level 2 plug to accommodate 3-phase electric current. Yes, HANGUP, digit 1, and '#', all together for several seconds. That is what worked in my 2014.

I followed up with the guys at QC Charge. If you drove into their San Diego shop they'd pull the motor, put in new seals, and re-install, all for $4000.
