They had mine for pretty close to 4 months to replace to the motor for the milling noise. Just got it back a couple weeks ago, and it is *so* quiet. Also had a problem with the center console USB charger not having any power. They ended up having to replace the entire COMAND unit. All in, the bill to Mercedes was $13,000. Only another year of warranty on this thing; I'd be very scared of owning one out of warranty.

No estimated time frame yet from the dealer. It seems that this is a common enough issue that they ought to be recalling for it, especially given the expense of the repair.
