Hello All!

Does the Car come with the “cable” to charge it? Is that something I have to purchase? I didn’t see anything in the trunk.

Yes, it should have a cable that looks like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/GENUINE-ME...060937&hash=item238e646b9c:g:tZkAAOSweJ1ZxFhs. If you bought it used, then likely someone took it out and put in on eBay! Or lost it, or didn't turn it in with the car....

Where are you located? That will make a big difference in what you need to charge your vehicle. That being said, I never use the portable cable as I have an EVSE that I installed in my garage and public charging stations have them as well (at least in the States).

Just saw your location... Yeah, the wall charger that comes with the car will be SLOOOOOW. You'll want an EVSE to get any real amount of juice to your car in a reasonable amount of time. The B has a very powerful on board charger, so you'll want to get one that will handle 10kw if possible. See this for general info:

Thank you. I'll ask the dealership about it.
my apologies if my questions seem "basic" but I'm wanting to learn as much as I can as QUICK as I can!

The car comes with a 120V L1 EVSE by Lear. It has two currents. A safe default 8A and the maximum for a 15A receptacle 12A.

I use a 240V 40A OpenEVSE but the car will charge at 120V 12A. It just takes a whole lot longer.
