Hi there,

Our lease on our Nissan leaf is expiring and we'd like to assume a lease, shorter term no problem. We'd like to get into a "gen 2" EV with 200 miles range later this year or next, but our Leaf's battery is getting soft and we need something in the interim.

We are in the Orange County area. Best way to reach me is my forum name @ gmail . com.

thanks!

I am out east so can't help you. But, perhaps you can advise the symptoms when a battery is getting soft. Maybe obvious but if you can detail, it might help others like me when deciding to turn in their leased car at end or buy.

Jeff, on the Leaf its a function of the range each morning getting lower and it also has a # of bars shown at full charge that decrease as the battery loses capacity. Since we've not had a bclass, I can't be specific about them.

Nobody has a lease they want to exit?
