I have a 2016 Mercedes B250e, I have an issue charging, My Zappi charger indicates 3.9kwh charge rate, My Ecell car charge rate (in car menu)is set to maximum. has anyone ever experienced this problem with there B250e?
is there a cheap fix?
If you live in Europe, I think that the embedded charger can accomodate only 3.9 Kwh in 240v but 11 Kwh in three phases 400v.
A 240v monophase 32 Amps socket cannot be fully used for charging.
