I have 2014 b250e , if I want to change the system from audio20 to COMAND, What parts should be replaced? What is the main differences?

I bought b250e 2014 four months ago, the mileage was over 30000 mile, I always hear a high whistling sound when accelerating, is it normal? As a safety for pedestrians? Or is there something wrong with the gear?
