Our car experienced the power loss for the second time about 2000 miles after the first one which occurred at 1600 miles. My wife was driving and fortunately could pull over and do the restart. I was hoping that the software reflash I did after the first incident would have fixed it but...

I've traveled 735 miles since my firmware reflash and have not had any power loss incidents nor any other issues. Since the original problem didn't show up for over 1600 miles, I don't think I've proven that the firmware upgrade will fix the problem but it is a good sign. I'll post another...
