    It's a button, some code, a heated windshield, and some insulation in the doors and the roof. The heated windshield is majority of the price.

    Keyless-go option

    I can't see how MB could have missed that completely but there needs to be a full keyless option (if not standard) for this car. I can't think of any other EV (in the US) that does not have a power button.

    I have watched that video; all the scenes show either a keyhole in the dash or a key in the keyhole. Also, on the preliminary US option sheet that was linked here there was nothing about a Keyless-go option.

    I poked around on some of the MB sites in other countries and I could not find an option to even equip as an option in any country that I picked. Frankly that could be a real deal-breaker for me as that would be just another thing that is missing coming from my Leaf.

    I can understand the philosophy of wanting to make it not look ultra modern or odd but come on, that is verging on "quaint". It makes me wonder if there will be a standard tape deck also...

    I just noticed a little detail that would really irk me: there is a key sticking out of the dash. Is Mercedes seriously going to not have a keyless start option on this EV?

    I'm intrigued by the B Class EV but I'm worried that it will be like all the other compliance cars: not really available outside of the west coast states.
