    OnBoard AC HV battery charger issues

    I have a 2016 Mercedes B250e, I have an issue charging, My Zappi charger indicates 3.9kwh charge rate, My Ecell car charge rate (in car menu)is set to maximum. has anyone ever experienced this problem with there B250e? is there a cheap fix?
