Not a big fan of Navi in general, the Map Pilot is OK though. It definitely got me where I asked it to get me, and has voice control where you say the whole address at once - as long as the State is set correctly. I *can* drive to another state with this thing, but I need a charger to get back...

There's Owners Online and there's the B-Class app page. Two sites, for different things. Owners online shouldn't give you any trouble, so I'd contact MBUSA so they can get it fixed. I had the exact same error (early August) and an online e-mail to MB got it fixed in a day or two. Sal

Ha! That's your "collision prevention assist" system. Read the owner's manual for details. Glad it's working. :) I got the "do not shift" warning once, rebooted the car and all is well. Dealer knows I want it fixed, but I like the car and I won't let MB buy it back from me, even if they offered.

As already noted, if the battery has enough charge the HVAC can definitely be switched on remotely - immediately, or at some time in the future (you choose). I haven't tried it with 35% or less, but it works OK even if not being charged. I use it almost every day, but charge only every few days...
