I got a handwritten postcard from my dealer yesterday regarding the recall and I am getting the recall work done right now. When I called about it 10 days ago they did not have the software but I guess they do now.

Chris, I think it would be worthwhile to get the firmware update. I have not had another problem with mine since they did the update. (Of course, you never know you are going to have the problem until you have it, so it could happen again tomorrow. All I can say is it hasn't happened again...
