Hi, I was trying to find out what's the highest milage clocked on any B class out there.
Mine is 2015 and I have 60K km.
Since its a Tesla drive system of model S which are reported to have driven 150K without any significant drop in capacity, but no user info on B class battery performance exist out there.
Share at least your km stand.
Cheers.

162k km (101k miles), 09/2015 manufacturing, first registration 2016.
2.5 years ago, at 93k km the main dealer mesaured max capacity as 26.7kWh, equivalent of 5% degradation. I haven't experienced much drop in capacity since. Summer range (15-20Cº in Ireland) is around 130km in normal use (80 miles) that can be stretched to around 160km/100 miles on longer trips with careful driving.
I bought the car at 89k km, it has the original drive unit, no coolant leak or other issues. I got the gearbox bearings replaced at 150k kms because of the milling noise.

2016 model year. 125,326 miles driven. Just had to replace front brakes this week. Before that cabin air filter and tires are all I have done.

I have a 2014 B-Class with 55K miles on it and it has been mostly reliable. I got it used with 11K on it after a lease end. Have replaced the 12V battery once and tires and one front Axel so far. The range has reduced a bit providing me 63 miles in the Winter when it is 10F and 80 miles in the summer when it is 75F. It is parked in the garage and plugged in so battery is always at 100%. Occasionally we top off the battery enabling the extended range feature for longer drives. No issues with coolant or main battery so far. The only annoying issue has been the 30A fuse for driver seat and seat heater blowing often (once every month or so). I replaced it with a resettable 30A fuse and since then it has not tripped!

I am from Malta, mine was a UK import. vehicle had around 3000miles when I Bought it in 2018. ,Mine is a June 2016 manufacture. currently has just over 70k kms. No degradation. MB replaced my drive unit under warranty due to the leak issue. I did not notice battery degradation.

65800miles , sept 2015 out factory gat. Registered dvla Jan 2016
I just brought this in second week in Dec 23 ( 7 days before Christmas)Had a few issues, 1) high voltage battery Internal fault .error code P1C0F00.2) AC ( N22/7) Air quality sensor has internal fault, 912749. Buzzing noise coming from electric drive motor at speeds higher than 15mph. Range is 62 miles at 100% , 40 miles at 50% . I am planning to keep my charge at 45 to 75 % and charge at 8amp using my 3 pin charger from home . I had higher ranges before when I only charge from 25% to 75% at 13Amp .
Can anyone in UK give advice how to solve the error messages and the funny motor noise . When the weather permits, I am going to check the speed sensor for any coolant check and will report back in due course.

The motor noise (infamous Tesla milling noise) is coming from the gearbox in most cases. Two cheap bearings needs to be changed, 6207 & 6208. These spin at the same speed as the rotor (up to 12k rpm) and wear out prematurely. I got them replaced last year, the car drives like new since (101k miles at the moment). The good thing is that the motor side doesn't have to be opened for this. PM me for more details. It was a day and a half job for my mechanic.
As for charging: the battery itself is 36kWh of which we are allowed to use 28. There's already 10% buffer on both sides so technically you only ever charge the battery from 10% to 90%. I can see no logical reason why your bottom 50% charge would give you more miles, if anything it's usually the opposite.
Range depends on a lot of things and the GuessOMeter in this car is pretty accurate. It will change depending on the temperature, your driving style the previous day etc… It does not depend on the charging level.
Error codes: Try to get them cleared by an independent Mercedes specialist who owns STAR diagnostics, you might never hear from the errors again.

I have the same observation on mileage and battery level. 100%-50% is fewer miles than 50% to 0%. When it is cold, in the 40s F, I will show 80 miles of charge but after two miles or so be down to 70 miles on the guess-o-meter. Love the car, perfect for our retirement, 40K miles at 9 years. If we go on a long trip we rent a car.

That's because the battery heating turns on automatically after each cold start to bring the battery to optimal temperature. The car does that at 100% or 50% of charge just the same.
@LondonWdd14289ownwr suggested that for this reason he will not charge the car to 100%, but keeping the charging level between 45-75% will NOT maximise its range. Consumption is the same regardless of the charge level, if you get 3 miles per kWh energy, 3 miles will require the same 1kWh energy at 100% charge or 50%. The only difference is that - especially in cold - the last 10-20% charge will have less max power available (shown on the eCell gauge)

Thanks for your comments . There were other error codes, but this was cleared by my icarsoft Cr Ultra . But it it didn't clear the air quality sensor and the internal high voltage battery. There was also a mot advisary say that the front offside ( uk registered) outer cv boot has perished. This could be due to the coolant leakage?

Unfortunately only the STAR diagnostic tool paired with Xentry software can clear certain error codes, that's what dealers use. I'm not aware of any 3rd party tool that can handle drive train or high voltage related errors in the Mercedes. You need an official dealer or a Mercedes specialist independent garage to solve this who has the proper diagnostic tools.
I've had a charger related error code for 18 months, with a Malfunction error coming up each time I started the car. The specialist cleared it within 10 minutes. It was only a stored error code, not an actual fault. I hope it's the same in your case.

The outer CV boot is on the wheel's side, it is definitely not because of coolant leak, don't worry. It's not different from any ICE car's CV boot, probably the exact same as any other B-Class.

12/11/23. Did a check today. Weather in the 40s F, At 50% SoC had 23 miles on the odometer and 46 on the Guess-O-Meter.

Our 2014 has 113,000Kms. My wife loves it, I couldn't convince her to move to a Model 3 or a Bolt.

As to the GOM, exactly the same results with ours as well. This is magnified in the cold weather we have in Calgary which was down at -30 Celsius for a few weeks early in January. Ouch. I assume there is a lot of energy burned by heating/conditioning the battery system.

Unless you do an extended range charge on the B-Class ED( by pressing the dash button) then 100% is really only 92% to preserve batt life. 69 miles total range isn’t terrible ( 23+ 43) and with an extended range charge you might get another 6 miles so 75 miles total range in winter is about right. I once drove the car 114 miles in summer with an extended range charge. That battery is way too small for the car. If it had double the capacity it would have been way more popular….

It was a compliance car to meet fleet CAFE mileage requirements. Obviously only a town car.
