Hi,
I'm gearing up to install a reverse camera on my ride, and I need to tap into the reverse light wiring. Anyone tackled pulling off the boot/trunk inner trim before? Got any tips for getting it done safely and smoothly?

Tnx. Harley

Hey Harley! I haven’t done it myself, but I’ve heard starting from the edges and working your way in usually helps. Just be careful with any clips or fasteners, and use a trim tool if you have one. Cheers

Appreciate the tip! I was actually planning to start with the edges anyway. I don’t have a trim tool yet, but I’ll definitely grab one before I get into it. Hoping I don’t run into too many clips that are a pain to get to! Thanks, man!

I've removed mine atm. Used a plastic trim ply tool. It popped off easily.
