E+ mode and software updates

I've read on this forum that software updates can cause the E+ mode to disappear. Has this affected anyone recently, as I use the E+ mode and would not like to lose it.

Not me. Most of the software updates have been to correct safety issues or sensor issues. Not exactly optional so I installed. Never had or noticed E+.

Mu software was updated and the E+ mode is still available, no problem.
