How pedestrian warning sounds like?

How pedestrian warning sounds like?
My car is making strange sounds when I am rolling from garage. I do NOT hear it from cabin, I have to open windows to hear.
This sound is pretty weird, like faulty fan.
I suspect that this is "pedestrian warning" but just want to make sure that this is not failure.

A low whine. If anything louder, the fan. If no error message, you are likely fine.

Could it be the AC compressor powering up?

Open the hood and "start the car" (SAFELY) (turn on the AC, you'll see the only moving parts are basically the AC unit and it's compressor and the metal tubing supporting the AC systems, it's kind of wild looking and a bit alien)....
