Integrate a dash cam into the rear view mirror!

This should almost be a standard feature, to help validate damage claims, behavior of other drivers (DUI AND OTHERWISE), and stops by officers. Let the driver decide how much memory to install, if any. Make it a feature capable of recording views fore and aft. Many cars already have the cameras anyway, for parking.

I've installed a g1w dash can on my other cars. But there isn't enough room between the Merc's interior pieces to hide the wire. Damn them Germans and their tight tolerances.
