Clarifying my 2015 lease

Lots of questions so here is more details on what I paid over memorial weekend:
MSRP $46325
2015 model purchased in Laguna, CA
$2,500 total drive off so that includes tax, license, first months payment, etc
That will be returned in a $2,500 CA rebate check next month so net out of pocket is $0.

Monthly payment is $285 total includes tax.

Low mileage lease $10k a year.

So total out of pocket is $285 times 35 payments or $9,975 over the 3 years.

adj cap cost $30,163. Good credit about 700 fica.

Do you know how much difference for 10k, and 12k miles per year?

The said about $15-20 dollars a month diff on payment if you go with 10k vs 12K or even down to 7500K (lower it)
