Etiquette when approaching a fully charged car

What would y'all do when approaching a fully charged car still hooked up and no driver in sight? Is it cool to remove the cable and use it?
 
Sure would if I could confirm that the car in question was charged. I monitor my charging with ChargePoint app and can terminate charging remotely. Hey, these are shared charging stations.
 
I have thought about that question but I wouldn't be upset if my car was finished charging and someone else had need of it. I have left a note for someone to plug my car into the (free) charger when they returned and were thru with it.
