Has anyone else discovered the front seat storage?

I printed the Baumuster for my car and noticed this listed "939 ODDMENTS BOX UNDER DRIVER SEAT, RIGHT".

I thought that maybe I got lucky and had the under seat storage that you can get on European Mercedes-Benz. Instead I found two small hinged doors on the front seats. They reveal a very small storage compartment. Not quite sure what I'll be able to store in there.

I found out that in Germany, this compartment is where the on board fire extinguishers are stored. Apparently there is a fine if you are not carrying a fire extinguisher in cars in Germany.

Yep. Good for storing a water bottle or some cookies!
