How far can you go past 0%?

Just curious, I put my hands up after hitting 2% on the dash as I am scared to run out. How much more can I drive past 0%? I noticed the AC and fan never stopped running like the RAV4 either even below that point, my power gauge went down by about 1/4 at 5% or so. I am just trying to know to test what I can do in a full normal cycle

If I remember correctly, I squeezed out a couple more miles after hitting 0%. And the last a couple miles was a an good size uphill and then downhill. The power output was drastically reduced due to its protective mode. Then it shut itself off completely, and I was 800 feet from home.......
