Leasing a 2015 B class

Please help! I'm located in NJ and was not able to locate a 2014 B class in the Tri-state areas. My local MB dealer offered me a 2015 Model

MSRP $49140
$7500 Federal tax credit, $1000 dealer discount, $3500 fleet incentive minus $500 for shipping the car from another state. My dealer mentioned that the $3500 fleet incentive cannot be combined with the dealer contribution of $2950 according to the MB website suggested contribution. Which I don't think it is correct.
36 months, 10k miles
$2000 drive off
Monthly payment $420

Is it still a good deal? Would like to hear some feedback soon, thanks!

I'm not in Jersey but it sounds high.

Too high, they can do better, you should be down around $320-350. Talk to Mercedes in Nanuet, NY -- ask for James Fede. Get a comparison.

If you can find a 2014 it would be: $3000 + 35 x $260, or lower

(msrp 49k+, 15k mi/year, and before state rebates)

Not sure of its msrp, but this may be a pretty good deal for Californians, after state rebate total 3 year cost is $7,180

I leased my 2014 last November 1st from MB-Manhattan. They are company owned so if anyone has a 2014, they do. PM me if you want to talk to the salesperson.
