Hi All,

I am not sure if was here or the Facebook page but someone said something about tax credits for chargers. Just got this today!

IRS form 8911, maybe. I'm going in next week, so will find out if this applies.

Correct, if you are stuck paying AMT you can not claim anything on the credit for alternative fuel infrastructure. Otherwise there is something for the charger purchase and its installation cost.

You can however claim the $7500 if you are the first owner of the EV. That is treated differently and ignores AMT. Can't claim that on a lease, leasing bank does.
